Returns procedure
All products returned to Instro for service or repair must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number simply click on the link below and fill out the online RMA request form. Once submitted, the Instro Product Service Department will provide you with an RMA number by e-mail within 24 hours. Equipment returned to Instro must be shipped pre-paid and appropriately packaged in a suitable shipping container. The RMA number should be included with your shipment and clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container. Please do not ship equipment prior to receiving an authorisation number.

Non Instro content
Where Instro equipment is supplied for use as a sub assembly for your end use product, Instro has no way to test the unit in its fully finished state. With this in mind please ensure that unless by special arrangement all non Instro parts are disassembled from the unit prior to shipping.

Repair evaluation costs
As part of the repair process, evaluation costs are absorbed in the overall cost of repair. Where it is decided not to proceed with a quoted repair, or where no fault is found, Instro reserves the right to recover expenses associated with the repair evaluation.

RMA validity
RMA numbers are valid for 6 months from date of issue. If equipment has not been returned within this time the RMA will be cancelled.
