Returns procedure All products returned to Instro for service or repair must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number simply click on the link below and fill out the online RMA request form. Once submitted, the Instro Product Service Department will provide you with an RMA number by return e-mail. Equipment returned to Instro must be shipped pre-paid and appropriately packaged in a suitable shipping container. The RMA number should be included with your shipment and clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container. Please do not ship equipment prior to receiving an authorisation number.
